Being a carer for someone, who is struggling psychologically or physically, can be very demanding. Often you are so focused on helping that you forget your own needs, such as the need for your own rest and support.

I can offer you a space to air thoughts and frustrations, as well as guidance to gain renewed energy.

You can only give something to others when you have something to give from.
